杭州麥趣網絡科技有限公司，成立于2014年10月，位于杭州湘湖演藝產業園——旌琨樓，是一家用科技創新帶動文化發展，用“云文化”概念引領科技創新，以“服務他人 成就自己”為價值追求，逐步成為一家在文化藝術領域頗具影響力的“文化互聯網+”標桿企業。公司開發的“愛麥趣”考級服務系統是全國首家實現全程無紙化社會藝術水平考級系統，徹底解決傳統考級模式所面臨的人力物力耗費大、錯誤率高、制作周期長、管理不便等諸多方面的問題，先后被騰訊、網易、新浪、搜狐、杭州日報、錢江晚報多家媒體報道，目前正與浙江演藝集團浙江歌舞劇院藝術培訓學校、江蘇演藝集團藝術培訓中心達成戰略合作。
公司除了自我開發運營考級系統項目之外，還主導開發了多個商業開發項目，如華數公司與美國Discovery探索頻道合作“求索”APP、北京舞蹈學院國標舞評分系統、浙江省舞蹈家協會舞蹈獎現場打分系統、以及設備租賃平臺“小熊熊”等。
2017年杭州麥趣網絡科技有限公司黨支部正式成立。
2017年9月公司通過“省科技型中小企業”認定；2017年12月公司通過“杭州市高新技術企業”認定；公司擁有國家軟件著作權19項，發明專利1項，2018順利通過“知識產權貫標體系”認證；2019年10月公司被認定為國家級高新技術企業。
